SPRING ISLAND MASTER PLAN
 
Spring Island is a 3,000-acre nature preserve and residential community in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. The community prides itself on offering its residents a unique and cultured living experience, and a master plan is currently in development to replace their existing Art Barn with adjoining structures which will more adequately provide for their cultural needs. Incorporated into the scheme is a group of comfortable meeting rooms that can be opened up for larger events and be acoustically appropriate for concerts, a classroom/laboratory for pursuits related to nature and science, a studio for painting and other visual media, a studio for clay and other three-dimensional arts, and limited office space.
